Please stop by and comment on the second blog stop of my May virtual book tour:
Author Visits to Book Clubs
I'm discussing how you can find and invite authors to speak to your book club and how you can make them feel welcome. If you could invite any author to your book club, who would you have?
Remember, every time you comment on one of my guest blog posts, or comment on my blog during the tour, you will be entered into a drawing for an autographed set of both books in the Claire Hanover gift basket designer mystery series: A Real Basket Case and To Hell in a Handbasket!

I tried to leave this message on your blog tour, but I kept getting an error message.
A great post that every book club member should read. I totally understand about being nervous both the author and the hostess, but sharing the writing journey is a wonderful afventure.
Thanks you for a lovely blog.

Thanks, Gwyn, for leaving your comment here. And this counts for the contest, too! I don't have any control over the blogs that I guest at and how they accept or screen comments, but I'm a little disappointed at how hard these first two made it to post comments. For the first one, I had to become a member of typepad, and for the second, there was that goofy string of letters i had to type in. I even somehow lost my first post to the second blog and had to retype it! Now I know why those who've done blog tours before me advised me to remove all controls over comments to make it easy for folks. I can always delete spam or profanity after I see it.
Hope you're having fun on your tour - and getting lots of comments along the way!

I loved your blog. Sounds a great way to ensure the book group stays focused and doesn't dissolve into just another monthly coffee.
